The Hotels with whom the EVSSAR has negociated special booking rates are located very near the Brussels Airoport (Zaventem) . Each hotel offers a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Please check and confirm when booking.
On Friday (14th) and Saturday (15th) a bus shuttle will be leaving the hotels in the mornings heading to Louvain-La-Neuve and will drive the congressists back in the evening. Please check on the registration form.
Please be aware that the Friday morning shuttle bus to Louvain-La-Neuve will leave the Hotels at 07H30 in order to avoid the traffic jams which are frequent at that period around the Brussels area. On Saturday morning the bus will leave at 08H00.
